The Simcha Gallery, a contemporary craft gallery run by mother and son duo Anne and Stephen Roper offer beautiful bespoke handcrafted jewellery. Items have been stocked by Liberty London and Selfridges and son Stephen can be commissioned to make a unique piece of contemporary jewellery.
Sami D – which specialises in handmade silver jewellery and also sells a fantastic range of scarves, ponchos and handbags – was set up by mother and daughter Elaine and Jade Hopewell in 2012, a visit here would see mum get something truly unique this Mother’s day.
If you need somewhere to refuel while out and about this Mothering Sunday why not go for a tasty gourmet hotdog at mother/son run restaurant Primo’s, run by mother and son Fiona and Nick. If coffee and a cake is more your style then they also run our café Vanilla One, located on the concourse of Leeds Corn Exchange.
